For your convenience, SLF offers a wide range of payment methods to complete your purchase on slf-feathers.com.

Credit/debit cards

The payment amount is authorized and held by the financial institution when the order is placed. Your account is debited when the products are shipped.

Note: Authorized and retained amounts will not be available for further purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorization will expire according to the terms set by the bank or financial institution.

PayPal®

PayPal is a very simple and secure payment method. You can use your credit card or checking account without having to reveal your bank details. You can link your credit card or checking account to your PayPal account. This way, you will not have to enter your credit card number or address when you make a purchase. Log in to your PayPal account and make your payment in just a few clicks.

Bank Transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your transfer information and order number. For products in stock, shipping will occur after we receive your payment. We reserve 1-2 business days to process your wire transfer.

Shipping and delivery

When will I receive my order?

To ensure quality and customization, making sure there is no waste, our production starts after we receive the order. The process will take about a month and the customer will be updated weekly regarding the stages of production their product is in.

SLF works with major couriers to ensure reliability in product delivery.

In some cases, a signature may be required for delivery of the package to your address. The delivery driver will determine whether a signature is required, depending on location, weather conditions, and other factors. If you receive notice of a delivery attempt while you were away, follow the instructions on the notice to arrange an alternate delivery date or pickup of the package.

Return

SLF products can be returned free of charge within 15 days of package delivery.
The product should show no signs of use and should be placed back in the package with which it was shipped.
Customers can contact us directly at email info@slf-feathers.it and we will arrange pickup.
When the product has been returned, the amount paid will be refunded.

FAQ

– How do you wash the garments?
We recommend washing our garments by hand-washing in water (30 degrees)
– Can down take water?
Yes, the down can take water and later dry out without damage. In any case, we recommend using the garment from the lining side in bad weather, as it is waterproof.
– Where do the feathers come from?
Our feathers come exclusively from French farms, where animals are raised for food.
– Can garments be ironed?
Yes, garments can be ironed on both sides. Steam also allows the feathers to increase in volume, taking on an even more natural appearance.
